Manufacturing is going well. Meet with LongPack on Skype this week for a couple of hours, banging out the best approach to make sure everything is tickity-boo. Lots of process! Bottom line, we are on track. Story mode in video.
But also, news:
We are Kickstarting on May 1. Yes, you read that right. The purpose of this is to intro Glory to new customers. I hope you come out and follow the campaign!
This does not effect manufacturing timing. As discussed in the video, below, we have to go through 2 rounds of proofing and QC, with actual printing press use for the final print run starting in June. This means that the May Kickstarter will only effect my production volume.
Updates will migrate to the new Kickstarter page when it launches. Stay current, hit up the new KS when it comes. Plus, there will be lots of hype and excitement to enjoy.
In the meantime, I'll be posting a few times a week on Instagram as HoggPublishing. Check it out if you use that social media!

Everything is proceeding according to plan...
The results are in. I resisted the urge to include social media so 100% of these votes come from owners of 1st edition. Each box design had a decent sized contingent, so I will think about how to incorporate that knowledge into elements of design.
I met with the artist via Zoom today. Simon will work on the new box this week and we will probably have it done by the end of January. We will of course keep the same logo- which a couple of people made sure of by reaching out to me!
Lots to do- have to get the contrast up behind the logo, paint over this concept art, and do the box flaps. We plan full bleed over the sides like first edition- this is monstrously awesome box art going on here.

Two more housekeeping points:
1. A lot of people aren't getting emails from Hogg Publishing (spam folders et cetera) so I will duplicate my important updates here. The massive leviathan that is Kickstarter blows by the spam guardians.
2. A few people have reached out about DragonShine cards. Having purchased the main game, they have gone back to buy these and got hit with more shipping. I thought about providing everyone a code here for free shipping on this accessory item, which has been my solution so far. But honestly, it is easier to make the shipping accessory items automatically free on the website. So that is in effect as of today. DragonShine cards and the PVC map have free shipping henceforth. They tag along with your copy of Glory Second Edition so that makes sense, right?
